    Spacious living area made it perfect. Equipped with a kitchenette, especially with a family in tow.

    Natural light in the room was minimal. A bit of a trek (10-30 minute walk) to main attractions, which could be cumbersome for families with young children without a stroller, though options like metro and taxis help.

    Perfectly clean place with city views and amazingly helpful and professional staff. Peaceful and decent location in Nakagyo Ward district next to sightseeing, many bus lines, and the nearest subway station.

    Staying at tomoya residence hotel was fantastic! It's centrally located. The room was spacious, and having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room, which reminded me of a treat each morning!

    I asked for a twin room and it was new-fashioned with spacious bathroom. The hotel has favourable and absolutely perfect location very close to centre of Kyoto, the Imperial Palace and main high street, and a quiet area.

    An oasis of luxury and comfort. The two-bedroom apartment was impeccably clean, with soft beds and a luxurious shower. Breakfast served in-room was a good start each day. The staff were pretty good, even tracking down my lost wallet. Perfect location to explore Kyoto's charm, with local eateries just steps away. Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend for couples seeking comfort

    The staff were very good when they helped me track down a personal item I left on the train. Plus I really enjoyed having the breakfast delivered to my room each morning, it was like a little surprise to start the day.

    It wasn't cheap but worth every penny.
